Is there a setup fee on any plan?
No setup fees. The monthly retainer covers everything — strategy, setup, creative production, management, and reporting. What you see is what you pay.
What's the minimum commitment period?
All plans require a minimum 3-month engagement. Paid advertising takes 30–45 days to reach peak performance, so the 3-month window ensures we can deliver real, measurable results rather than just early data.
Is my ad spend included in the plan cost?
No — the plan fee covers management, strategy, and creative. Your ad budget is paid directly to the platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn). We manage it on your behalf within the limits of each plan.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-engagement?
Yes. Many clients start on Basic or Sweet and upgrade as results grow. Upgrades take effect at the start of the next billing month with no penalty or fee.
Do you work with businesses in India?
Yes — we now serve India-based businesses alongside our USA clientele. Strategy calls are available at times convenient for both IST and EST timezones. Pricing and plans are the same regardless of location.
